With the purchase of a quarter beef share, your family will enjoy approximately 110 lbs of natural ranch raised premium beef. Because there is a front/rear quarter on cattle, you may get either one. The purchase price is made in two parts, deposit of 30% of the beef share and then at the time of butchering, the remaining 70% of beef share. Share price includes all processing/butchering fees as well. You have the option to pick up your beef at the butcher in Santo, Texas (American Butchery), Deaton Ranch in Lipan, or we can arrange a drop off in Fort Worth.
